zadie's cupcakes
zadie spent the afternoon making very special 'organic cupcakes' at her friend's house. they are made out of mud, flowers and trinkets found on our walk.
At one point she broke apart some odd, yellow dried stick to use as decoration, she showed it to me like it was some kind of precious treasure ... turns out it was old cat poop. Really. I totally freaked...."It's time for hand washing, NOW!"
so pleased
the proud chefs!
going rollerskating is quite the event
she's a very stable little skater, maybe she'll go into roller derby?

one of our favorite activities with the kids is to hunt for chanterelle mushrooms. the kids are surprisingly good at identifying chanterelles.
