what we like best is the wrapping paper

Michael and Deanne are visiting from Marin and they brought us some really beautiful cashmere hats. We look adorable in them.

But what we really got excited about was...

...the wrapping paper!

Dancing before my morning coffee

The kids can now hold themselves up while standing. They love it. Here they are amazed watching mom do an entertaining dance before her morning coffee.

The weather has been unseasonably hot. We had a couple of days in the 90's and decided to have a 'pool party' in the front yard - we invited passersby to join us (but getting naked was not a requirement).

Out on the town with Sharon the nanny - Max where did you find such a hot babe?!

Everybody loves 'daddy time'.

What Zadie really needs is an eye-shade

Zadie and Grandma - can you see the resemblance?

Zadie likes to sleep with lots of stuff over her eyes, but it concerns us some because we don't want her to suffocate or anything...what she really needs is an eye-shade...a nice rhinestone one, you know, like Kitty Carlisle in What's My Line?

Oh my gosh, there she is again! That really, really cute girl who likes to laugh whenever I do...we have a lot in common, she's hilarious and she's my BEST friend.

passover with the niedergang family

Mark led the seder and it was really fun, we sang a lot of songs.

Andy and the seder plate (with orange, of course)

Sam, Rae and Miriam did a wonderfully dramatic re-enactment of the plagues...this is Sam still in his 'boils' makeup.

The daily ritual of making bottles, lots of bottles.

our first trip: passover on the east coast

We finally became brave enough to take a plane trip with the kids. Luckily everything went great - we even had 6 seats for the 4 of us! Our first morning we all got in bed with Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Liz, 2 large dogs, Mom, Dad and Max and Zadie...
